Is it ChatGPT?
The atendIA AI runs on OpenAI models, the company behind ChatGPT. The difference is that it comes already set up to answer on your company WhatsApp, with what you entered, and with the cost included in the plan.
Do I need to code or use n8n?
No. The AI is set up with a form at signup, and the instructions stay editable in the dashboard.
Do I have to pay for OpenAI or another AI separately?
No. On the Essential and Professional plans the AI cost is already in the plan price. You do not create an OpenAI account, paste an API key or get a usage bill, not even in the month it answers the most. The Basic plan has no AI.
Do I have to change my WhatsApp number?
No. You connect the number you already use, and conversations stay the same for your customers.
Can WhatsApp ban my number?
Service through the QR code works like WhatsApp Web, with your usual number. Bans come from bulk messages to people who never asked to be contacted, which atendIA does not do. And for maximum safety, we connect the number through the official Meta API.
