The summary. The site and the dashboard use few cookies, and almost all of them only to work. The only ones used for advertising are the Meta Pixel and the Google Ads tag, which measure which ads bring customers. You turn them off in one click, in Cookie preferences, and the choice applies to the site and to the dashboard sign-up.
1. What a cookie is#
It is a small file that the site writes to your browser to remember something between one page and another: that you are logged in, which language you chose, or that you turned off ad measurement. Local storage plays the same role, but is never sent to the server.

3. In the dashboard (painel.atendiatec.com.br)#
Inside the dashboard, there are only necessary cookies. Without them you cannot log in to the account.

The dashboard sign-up page also loads the Meta Pixel, with the same _fbp and _fbc, and the Google Ads tag, with the same _gcl_au and _gcl_aw, and respects the turn-off made on the site.
4. How to turn it off#
- On the site: open Cookie preferences (the link is also in the footer of any page) and choose Turn off. Meta's and Google's cookies are deleted immediately, and the choice applies in the other open tabs.
- In the browser: every browser lets you delete and block cookies in its settings. Blocking the necessary ones prevents login to the dashboard.
- Ad blocker: it also prevents the Pixel and the Google tag from loading.
5. Legal basis#
Necessary cookies exist to perform the service you asked for (article 7, V of the LGPD, Lei nº 13.709/2018, the Brazilian data protection law). Ad measurement relies on legitimate interest (article 7, IX), with the right to object guaranteed in one click, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
