Sub-processors
Every company that touches personal data for atendIA to work, in a single table. It is the list your customer's legal team will ask for.

The essentials. There are 9 sub-processors, and 4 of them take part in every use of the platform. The others only receive data when your company turns on the corresponding feature: the AI, Gmail or, in the case of the site, ad measurement. We do not sell data to anyone, under any circumstances.

2. How we choose#
Each supplier on the list was chosen because the feature does not exist without it: WhatsApp delivers the messages, the model provider generates the AI answer, the gateway bills the subscription. We request the narrowest access scope that makes the feature work, and the AI providers are contracted under a mode that does not use content sent through the API to train their models.
3. Changes to this list#
Before adding a new sub-processor, we notify customer companies by email at least 30 days in advance, as the Data Processing Agreement requires. The date at the top of this page changes with each alteration.
4. International transfer#
The sub-processors marked as "Outside Brazil" process data outside Brazil, on the basis of article 33 of the LGPD (Lei nº 13.709/2018, the Brazilian data protection law). If your operation cannot transfer data outside the country, talk to us before signing up: with the AI off, no conversation content goes to a model provider.
