CRM for therapists and counseling practices
A therapist spends the day in session with the phone off, and the new client who finally found the courage to reach out waits hours for a reply. Here the message gets an answer right away, the session goes on the right calendar and the conversation is stored with the care the subject needs.

The short answer
A CRM for therapists organizes the practice's WhatsApp, books sessions on a calendar with no double booking and stores each conversation securely. atendIA does that with data kept separate for each company, conversations that do not train AI models and a named data protection officer. It works for a therapist who sees clients alone and for a practice with several professionals.
Confidentiality starts with where the conversation lives
Clients write things they would not tell anyone else. That is why it matters where that conversation goes.
- Each practice's data is kept separate from any other company's
- Conversations are never used to train AI models
- A named data protection officer
- Data export and deletion on the practice's request
- A record of who did what in each conversation, so the practice knows who accessed a client chat
- Each conversation has an owner, with no personal phone of the therapist in the middle
Solo therapist or group practice: what changes
| Routine | Solo therapist | Group practice |
|---|---|---|
| A new client writes in | The AI replies right away, with the fee and approach | The greeting shows the menu and intake goes into the queue |
| Who answers | The therapist, between sessions | The front desk, with round robin distribution |
| Calendar | Sessions with the length you use | One calendar per therapist and per office |
| Shared office | The room goes on the calendar, with no double booking | Each room with its own hours |
| Client history | Stored with the practice, off a personal phone | Transfer between therapists with the history attached |
The AI is welcoming and knows when to stop
On the Essential plan, the AI replies at any hour in your practice's tone: it explains how the first session works, the fee, whether you see clients online or in person and your hours. You write in the rules what it never does, such as giving clinical guidance, and when it hands over to a person. When it does, the conversation goes to the therapist in the same history, with a notice in the team group. On the Professional plan, it sees the open slots and books the session in the conversation.
The therapist's calendar on their phone
Each professional subscribes to their own calendar in Google Calendar, Apple or Outlook through a private link that updates on its own. A session the front desk or the AI booked shows up on the phone right away, and the system does not allow two sessions at the same time for the same therapist or the same room.
