How AI billing usually works
In many customer service tools the monthly fee covers only the software. The AI is on you: you create an OpenAI account, add a card, generate a key and paste it into the tool. From then on every reply is billed by the volume of text. The month more customers write is the month of the bigger bill, and when the credit runs out the AI stops replying.

You can keep using it if you prefer. A company that adds its own key in the dashboard keeps using its own key. Anyone who does not uses ours, at no usage cost.
Plans and pricing
The AI with its cost included is on Essential, at $99 per month, and on Professional, at $199, which also reads prices and books appointments. Basic, at $49, has no AI.

Do I have to pay for OpenAI or another AI separately?
No. On the Essential and Professional plans the AI cost is already in the plan price. You do not create an OpenAI account, paste an API key or get a usage bill, not even in the month it answers the most. The Basic plan has no AI.
Is there a limit on AI usage?
There is no allowance and no per message AI charge on the Essential and Professional plans. Messages are unlimited on every plan.
How is the AI set up?
You fill in a form about your business: what you sell, prices, opening hours and what it must never promise. The AI starts answering from that, and its instructions stay editable in the dashboard.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. Signing up only asks for your company details, phone, email and password. The 7 days are free, and billing only starts if you decide to continue. You cancel from the dashboard itself.
