Med spa CRM with an AI that books the treatment
Med spa clients come in through Instagram DMs or WhatsApp asking the price of a facial, laser or fillers. Whoever replies with a price and a time in the same message wins the booking. Here the AI does both, in your spa's tone.

The short answer
A CRM for a med spa puts WhatsApp and Instagram in one inbox, keeps each client's history and puts treatments on a calendar by provider and room. With AI, as in atendIA, it also replies to the client at any hour, states the treatment price from your catalog and books the open slot.
What the AI does in the conversation with the client
| The client asks | What the AI does | Starting at |
|---|---|---|
| How much is a facial? | Checks your catalog and answers with the price | Professional |
| How long is a laser session? | Answers from the service length you entered | Professional |
| Any openings Saturday morning? | Checks the open slots for the provider and the room | Professional |
| Can you book 10 am? | Books it in the chat, with provider and length | Professional |
| Sends a voice note about what they want | Understands the voice note and replies | Essential |
| I have an allergy, can I do it? | Hands over to the provider, as you set in the rules | Essential |
Calendar by provider and by room
In aesthetics the bottleneck is often the room, not the person. The laser room, the massage table and the tanning booth each have their own hours. In atendIA each treatment has a length, a provider and a room, and the system rejects two bookings in the same place and time, no matter who books.
- Own length per treatment: a brow shaping and laser hair removal do not take the same time
- Provider and room as separate calendars
- Each provider sees their own calendar on their phone through Google Calendar, Apple or Outlook
- The front desk books from the dashboard with the same rules the AI uses
Instagram DMs on the same screen
For a med spa, Instagram is both the storefront and the front door. The DM lands in the same inbox as WhatsApp, the AI replies on both and the client has a single history. Clients who came from a click-to-WhatsApp ad on Facebook or Instagram are tagged with the source ad, so you know which campaign fills the calendar.
From consultation to a closed package
Not every client books in the first conversation. The pipeline with your spa's stages shows who asked for a price, who had a consultation and who bought the package, and tags separate them by treatment. All of it stays with the spa, not on the phone of whoever answered.

See all plansFrequently asked questions
Can the AI make up prices or promise things we do not do?
It answers within the rules you set, including what it must never promise and when to hand over to a person. On the Professional plan, price and duration come from your service catalog, not from a guess.
Which channels can I connect?
You connect WhatsApp yourself by scanning a QR code, with up to 10 numbers. Instagram, Messenger, Gmail and WhatsApp through the official Meta API are connected by our team, together with you. Everything lands in the same inbox.
Do I have to pay for OpenAI or another AI separately?
No. On the Essential and Professional plans the AI cost is already in the plan price. You do not create an OpenAI account, paste an API key or get a usage bill, not even in the month it answers the most. The Basic plan has no AI.
Does the AI book the right room?
On the Professional plan, yes. It looks up the treatment in your catalog, with length, provider and room, sees the open slots and books in the conversation. The system rejects a slot that is already taken.
