Veterinary CRM for vet clinics and pet stores

A pet owner writes on WhatsApp with a dog that is throwing up, a neighbor wants to book grooming and another customer asks the price of a vaccine. All at once, while your front desk is helping someone at the counter. Here each chat goes to whoever handles it, and the vet calendar and the grooming calendar do not collide.

The short answer

A veterinary CRM puts the clinic's WhatsApp and Instagram on one screen, keeps the history of each pet owner and books exams, vaccines and grooming on a calendar by vet and room. atendIA does that with your whole team on the same number, with no per-user charge, and with an AI that replies to owners at any hour.

Clinic and grooming on the same calendar, with no collisions

An exam, a vaccine, a follow-up, a surgery and grooming do not take the same time or the same place. Here is an example of a setup:

ServiceWho does itWhere it goes on the calendar
Clinical examVeterinarianExam room, with the exam length
VaccineVeterinarian or assistantShort slot, fitted into open time
Scheduled surgerySurgeonSurgery suite, longer block
BathGroomerGrooming room, in parallel with the clinic
Bath and haircutGroomerGrooming room, with the haircut time

The owner sends a voice note, your team reads it

A worried owner records a long voice note describing what is wrong with the pet. In atendIA the voice note shows a transcript underneath, so your front desk reads it between one customer and the next and knows right away whether it is a squeeze-in or a follow-up. With the AI on the Essential plan, it understands the voice note and replies. In the rules you write what it never does, such as recommending medication or a dose, and when it hands over to the vet right away, with a notice in the team group.

For each type of pet business

  • Vet clinic: Clinic, Grooming and Pharmacy departments, picked by the owner in the automatic menu
  • Animal hospital: round robin distribution to handle the traffic, and a stalled conversation goes back to the queue
  • Pet store: Instagram DMs and WhatsApp in the same inbox, with the AI answering grooming prices and times
  • All of them: the click-to-WhatsApp ad that brought each chat is tagged
  • All of them: tags by species or service to quickly find who owns a cat

The AI that books grooming on its own

On the Professional plan, the AI checks the services, prices and lengths in your catalog, sees the open slots and books in the conversation, with the right professional and time. The owner asks at 10 pm whether there is a grooming slot on Saturday and leaves the conversation with it booked. Each groomer and each vet sees their own calendar on their phone through Google Calendar, Apple or Outlook, by a link that updates on its own.

The owner belongs to the clinic

Each owner's history stays with the clinic, not on the phone of whoever answered: what they asked, what was booked and who replied. When a vet changes shifts, whoever picks up the chat sees everything. To connect to your veterinary software, there is a documented API and webhooks as an add-on on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Can grooming and exams have separate calendars?

Yes. Each service has a length, a professional and a room. Grooming runs in the grooming room while the vet sees patients in the exam room, and the system rejects two bookings in the same place and time.

Can the AI make up prices or promise things we do not do?

It answers within the rules you set, including what it must never promise and when to hand over to a person. On the Professional plan, price and duration come from your service catalog, not from a guess.

Which channels can I connect?

You connect WhatsApp yourself by scanning a QR code, with up to 10 numbers. Instagram, Messenger, Gmail and WhatsApp through the official Meta API are connected by our team, together with you. Everything lands in the same inbox.

Does the calendar work with Google Calendar?

The calendar lives in atendIA, with the professional, room and duration of each service. In Google Calendar, Apple or Outlook you subscribe to it through a private link, and the slots show up next to your own events.
