Telecom and ISPs
CRM for ISPs, with WhatsApp support that does not jam
At an internet provider, WhatsApp gets support, invoice copies and cancellations in one place, and all of it at once when a neighborhood goes down. What holds it together is a queue per team, round robin between agents and an AI that handles the repeat questions before they reach a person.

The normal day and the day the signal drops
On a normal day, most messages are the same few things: an invoice copy, no connection, a plan change, a router password reset. On the day a neighborhood goes down, all of that arrives together, and twice as much in five minutes. If you answer with WhatsApp Web on three phones, you cannot spread that load, and customers wait for a reply on the day they need one most.
How the volume is distributed
| What comes in | Where it goes | Who solves it |
|---|---|---|
| Invoice copy and billing questions | Billing queue | The AI answers, your team confirms |
| No connection | Tech support queue | The AI screens, the technician takes over |
| Plan change | Sales queue | Your team, with the history attached |
| Cancellation | Retention queue | Your team, never the AI alone |
| Message after hours | Same queue, answered right away | The AI, in your company's tone |
| Customer who already wrote yesterday | Same conversation as always | Whoever picks it up, reading the history |
What holds a big operation together
- Department menu and automatic queue by round robin or by who is least busy
- A stalled conversation goes back to the queue instead of dying with one agent
- Several company numbers in the same inbox, with a filter by number
- Your whole team answering together, with no per-user charge
- Unlimited messages: your peak month does not come with a bigger bill
- Report of incoming chats, closings and conversion by team

Is there a limit on messages or users?
No. Messages are unlimited on every plan, and you add as many users as you need, with no per seat cost.
Which channels can I connect?
You connect WhatsApp yourself by scanning a QR code, with up to 10 numbers. Instagram, Messenger, Gmail and WhatsApp through the official Meta API are connected by our team, together with you. Everything lands in the same inbox.
Can it integrate with the system I already use?
Yes. atendIA has a documented API and webhooks for messages, contacts and appointments, available as an add-on on any plan.
Will my team be able to use it?
Yes. The dashboard works like WhatsApp with more features: conversations on the left, the open conversation next to them and the pipeline as a drag and drop board. Your team starts answering the same day, with no formal training.
